This plugin allows the user to predict possible targets that regulate a user-defined set of processes. For each of the phenotypes, the user selects qualitative fold change values (negative for downregulation, positive for upregulation). Changing the selection will directly update the result scatter plot:
- positive targets: promote the defined phenotypic changes (i.e. needs to be upregulated)
- negative targets: inhibit the defined phenotypic changes (i.e. needs to be downregulated)
- external link: elements that are not included on the AIR, clicking them will link to databases
The predicted targets are sorted by their Sensitivity (ability to influence the selected phenotypes as the user-defined) and Sensitivity (inability to regulate phenotypes with a logFC of 0).
