To improve the readability of molecular interaction maps I generate layouting strategies and work on the web representation which enables easy navigation while exploring the molecular networks.

Research interest

I am interested in computational biology methods, which enable exploiting the knowledge contained in molecular interaction maps. Improved visualization and curation will facilitate the understanding of the underlying mechanisms and enable efficient sharing and reuse of knowledge in biomedical research. We are aiming to construct maps that will be comprehensible for clinicians who will get access to the growing knowledge about molecular mechanisms.
