The AIR is a community effort of bioinformaticians and inflammation researchers around the world to model the innate immune response and its resolution in silico.

 

By combining information from databases with manually curated pathways of clinically relevant phenotypes, the AIR provides an interface to investigate molecular interactions and regulatory processes during the immune response. Integrated tools and plugins allow users to interact with information on the AIR, analyze data and generate new hypotheses.
